PIZZA

Use whatever toppings you like. My favorite mix is Green Pepper, Sweet Onion, Mushrooms and Halved Grape Tomatoes. I saute all of these in Avocado Oil until soft.

I like my crust on the crispy side so, I put it in the oven alone to bake for 15 minutes, then top with Pizza Sauce, above mentioned ingredients then, on top of that, Pineapple and Fresh Spinich.

Put back in the oven for an additional 15 minutes.

INGREDIENTS 

Box of Simple Mills Pizza Dough

Note: For a more bread like dough use Simple Mills Artisan Bread And Follow my Flat Bread Recipe but adjust to 1/4 inch thickness.

8 oz Pizza Sauce

Preferred Toppings


DIRECTIONS 

Follow box directions to make up the pizza dough.

* This dough is very sticky so I suggest having some kind of grain free flour for your hands *

Make into whatever shape you like, press out to approx 1/4 in thickness.

I prefer to pre-bake the dough by itself for 15 min first, but that's up to you.

Top with pizza sauce and toppings and bake for 15-25 minutes, depending on whether or not it was pre-baked.
