BACK TO ENCHILADA PIZZA
FLAT BREAD
This bread is great for open-face sandwhiches.
Note: You can also follow this same recipe only press down thinner, to 1/4 inch for pizza dough.
INGREDIENTS
10.4 oz Box Simple Mills Artisan Bread Mix
9 Tblsp Water
2 Tblsp Chia Seeds (For Egg Replacement)
2 Tblsp White Vinegar
4 Tblsp Avocado Oil
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350°
In a large bowl, mix together Water, Chia Seeds, White Vinegar and Avocado Oil.

Let sit for 10 minutes
After 10 minutes, stir in the bread flour and mix thoroughly.
Place on a baking sheet. Add some grain free flour on top (I use Cassava Flour) to keep it from sticking to your hands.

Press the dough into whatever shape you want making it an even approx 1/2 inch thickness.

Place in oven and bake for approx 30-35 minutes.
Remove from oven and cut.

Store unused in an airtight container. Reheat on a cookie sheet under the broiler. Flip to heat both sides. This goes quick so don't leave it and keep an eye on it so it doesn't burn.
