WHIPPED TOPPING
This Whipped Topping is made from Aquafaba. Aquafaba is the water from a can of Chickpeas/Garbanzo Beans. It whips up like egg whites and can also be used as an Egg Replacement in other ways.
For more information about Aquafaba:

INGREDIENTS
6 Tbsp Aquafaba
1/4 tsp Cream Of Tartar
1/4 tsp Vanilla
1/8 Cup Pyure (or sweetener of choice)
DIRECTIONS
Put all ingredients together in a bowel and use an electric mixer, or whisk, to mix at high speed.
Continue mixing until it arrives at the texture of whipped cream.
