RAMEN MEAL
This is not a traditional Ramen meal but, for grain free and vegan, I think it's really good. I don't provide measurements for most of the ingredients. The pasta and ramen broth make about 3 meals so, for the vegetables, just cook up about three times what you'd want for a meal.
Ramen Meal With Sweet Potato Noodles

Ramen Meal With Banza Chickpea Spaghetti

INGREDIENTS
Avocado Oil
Sea Salt
Garlic Powder
Frozen Brocolli Florets
Mushrooms - Sliced
Green Onion - Chopped
Raw Sesame Seeds
32oz Ocean's Halo Ramen Broth
8oz Sweet Potato Noodles Or 8oz Banza Chickpea Spaghetti
Coconut Aminos
DIRECTIONS
In a large pot, bring to boil the full container of Ramen Broth
Add Sweet Potato Noodles or Chickpea Spaghetti to the boiling broth and cook until done and most of the liquid has evaporated
Boil Broccoli in water until fully cooked - Careful not to over cook or will be mushy
In Avocodo Oil, saute mushrooms and green onions
When mushrooms and onions are done, add in sesame seeds and continue cooking until they brown
Season vegetables with Salt and Garlic Powder or whatever seasonings
you prefer
Drain Broccoli and stir in with the other vegetables. You may want to add in some more Avocado Oil and seasonings at this point
Serve Vegetables next to the Ramen Noodles and serve with Coconut Aminos poured over the vegetables
