IODINE

Many people do not get enough iodine in their diet and I know of at least two reasons why I don't. I'm vegan and I don't use iodized salt.

For this reason I supplement every day. Pictured is the one I use. Recently someone said that this is a high dose of iodine and may be too much, though I haven't had any negative symptoms so I think it's ok for me.

This is something you should check with a health professional for proper dosing.
