CASSAVA TORTILLA

This recipe is for 1 Large Tortilla 

INGREDIENTS:

 

1/4 cup Cassava Flour

1/4 tsp Sea Salt

1 Tbsp Avocado Oil

3 Tbsp Water

DIRECTIONS:

 

Mix together the Cassava Flour and Sea Salt

Add Water and Avocado Oil 

Mix thoroughly and roll into a ball

Place between two sheets of wax paper

Press down to flatten into rounded shape

Using a Rolling Pin, roll out, keeping the rounded shape until approx 1/8 in thick

Place in a cool ungreased frying pan

Turn heat to Medium

After a few minutes Bubbles will

start to form

Watch very closely

Gently check around the edges with a knife.

At the point the edges can be lifted all the way around, it's time to flip 

Continue cooking approx 1 min

Transfer To Plate

As the tortilla cools it becomes

more stiff so you'll want to work with it quickly
