CASSAVA DOUGH
This is just a basic Cassava Dough recipe. I find it difficult to thoroughly cook cassava dough if it's too thick. For this reason I only use it rolled out thin for things like Pizza Rolls.
INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 Cups Cassava Flour
1 tsp Sea Salt
1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
4 Tbsp Avocado Oil
1 Cup Warm Water
DIRECTIONS:
In a large bowl, mix together Water, Chia Seeds and Avocado Oil. Let sit for 10 minutes
(stir frequently to prevent Chia Seeds from clumping)
In a separate bowl, mix together Cassava Flour and Sea Salt
After the wet mixture has sat for 10 minutes, mix in the dry ingredients to form a dough
Knead the dough for a bit and form into a ball
