This is a mild chili that I really like. It's adds a spicy flavor without being too spicy hot.

I don't see it very often as a ground spice sold in a spice jar, though that does exist and can be purchased on Amazon. 

I buy the whole dried chilis and grind them myself.

I purchase these at Winco and Walmart.
